NEW ZEALAND VISA DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENTS


Passport Valid for at least 6 months from New Zealand departure with two blank pages.

Include old passports in the application if any.

High Resolution of all pages containing immigration stamps and visas on the current passport and two recent old passports, including the bio data page, observations page and back page of the passport.

Digital photograph taken preferably within the last 3 months, plain white background.

ITR Income Tax Returns for Last 3 Years

Bank Statement for Last 6 Months with bank’s sign & seal showing sufficient balance and cash flow

 

Employed

Below letters from the company with the letterhead along with the applicant name, designation, and signature of the authorized signatory

  • Leave Sanction letter (or) No Objection Certificate with company stamp.
  • Payslips of last 3 months
  • Company Appointment Letter (if applicant recently switched the company)

Self-employed

  • Cover Letter, with the business letterhead.
  • Business registration certificate; can be any of GST certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership deed, MOA, etc.
  • Add valid proprietorship proof.

Student

Any one of the below letter from the Institute containing the applicants name

  • Bona fide certificate (or) Leave letter from educational institution (or) Student identity card copy.

 

 Retired

  • Retirement Proof
  • Pension slip for the last 3 months.

Marriage Certificate

  • Marriage Certificate or Marriage Affidavit is required, if the Spouses name is not mentioned at the back of the passport

Invitation letter

  • Invitation Letter In PDF format
  • Including the name/passport number of the invitees Duration/purpose of stay

Inviter Passport and Visa

  • Copy of ID/passport and Visa of the inviting person

Inviter Address

  • Permanent address and contact Number of the inviting person
  • Accommodation and Address proof is also required

For Business Visa Only

Invitation letter from the inviting company or organization based in New Zealand, on their letterhead, confirming the designation or work profile, the purpose of visit and personal particulars of the applicant.

In case of Sponsor inviting pax

  • Identity proof
  • Relationship proof (in case of relative)
