Passport

  • Valid passport 6 month from the date of travel.
  • Applicants vaild passport is required (Handwritten passport is not allowed) Handwritten Form duly filled and signed.

Photographs

  • Two colour photos 35 x 45mm, White background, Matt finish, 80% face appearance.

TRAVEL DETAILS

Return air tickets

  • Copy of confirmed arrival and departure tickets

Hotel Confirmation

  • Hotel confirmation from Cairo or tour confirmation from Egyptian Travel Company

Itinerary

  • Day-to-day Itinerary of travel

Authorization letter for single traveller

  • If traveling alone, an authorization letter from the local tour operator or DMC is mandatory Not necessary for married couples

FINANCIAL DETAILS

Bank Statement

  • Original Bank statement of last 6 months with Original Bank seal signature (only blue ink) on all pages (80000/- INR per applicant) The statement needs to be on Bank papers with bank Name

ITR

  • If the applicant is either a Partner (or) LLP (or) Director, Business ITR of last 3 years
  • If the applicant is employed Form 16  
  • If the applicant is self-employed 3 year Personal ITR

CONDITIONAL DETAILS

Rent Agreement

  • Applicable, if passport is issued in a different jurisdiction from the jurisdiction of visa application.

Marriage Certificate

  • Marriage Certificate or Marriage Affidavit is required, if the Spouses name is not mentioned at the back of the passport

Staying with friends and family

  • A letter from the Invitee, stating the names and passport number’s of the applicantsInviting person’s permanent address & contact number
  • Name/passport number of invitees
  • Duration/purpose of stay
  • Copy of ID/passport

OCCUPATIONAL DETAILS

Employed

  • Leave Sanction Letter and No Objection Certificate from employer mentioning the dates of leave sanctioned on company letterhead along with the name, designation, and signature of the authorized signatory

Self-employed

  • Cover Letter, with the business letterhead.
  • Business registration certificate; can be any of GST certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership deed, MOA, etc.
  • Add valid proprietorship proof.

Student

  • Bonafied certificate and Leave letter from educational institution,Student identity card copy

 Retired

  • Retirement Proof (OR)
  • Pension slip for the last 3 months.

BUSINESS DETAILS (Additional Documents for Business Visa)

  • Invitation Letter by the Inviting company
  • Covering letter From Indian or Sponsoring Company
