Passport

• Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure with at least two blank pages.
• Coloured scanned copy of the passport.

Photographs specifications

• 35 mm X 45 mm, clicked within the last 3 months, 80% face, clicked against a plain white background
• Required in JPG or PNG format within 300 KB

TRAVEL DETAILS

Flight Tickets

• Copy of confirmed Arrival and Departure tickets.

Hotel Reservation

• Copy of confirmed Hotel reservation with the Hotel Address, Contact Number, Applicant’s Name and Dates of Reservation for all days of travel.

Medical Certificates Require

• Yellow Fever and polio certificate required at the time of travel only and not during the visa processing.

Additional Documents Required For Business Visa

• A work contract or any proof of the work/assignment to be performed within a period not exceeding three months
