BANGLADESH VISA DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENTS AND COST

The applicant is required to submit following documents to the Mission while applying for “Bangladeshi Business (B) Visa”

  • Printed copy of duly filled in application form (Apply online on https://www.visa.gov.bd/ link)
  • Original passport with one photocopy valid for minimum 06 months having minimum of two blank pages for visa stamping
  • Old Passport(s) (if any)
  • 02(two) recent passport-size photos in white background (35*45 mm)
  • Cover letter from the company/organization in the company/organization’s letterhead pad addressed to-The Visa Officer, Deputy High Commission for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Chennai stating his/her name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit along with his/her proof of profession with the name and designation of authorized signatory
  • Invitation letter from Bangladesh host/inviting company in its Letter Head pad stating the name, designation, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the host/inviting company and addressed to –The Visa Officer, Deputy High Commission for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Chennai
  • Company registration copy/Trade License copy
  • Applicant’s visiting card
  • Recommendation letter from a recognized Chamber of Commerce, Company Registration (Certificate of Incorporation) or proof of ownership
  • Official ID card copy of employee
  • Copies of Adhaar/PAN card
  • Utility Bill Copy (Electricity/Gas)
  • Covid Vaccination Certificate (02 Doses Completed)
  • Hotel Booking Copy (If the inviter does not mention the responsibility of residence of the invitee)
  • Bank Certificate/Statement
  • Flight Particulars
  • Mission reserves the right to ask for additional documents not mentioned above if required

The following documents are required while applying for Bangladeshi Tourist (T) Visa

  • Printed copy of duly filled in application form (Apply online on https://www.visa.gov.bd/ link)
  • Original passport with one photocopy valid for minimum 06 months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping
  • Old Passport(s) (if any)
  • 02(two) recent passport-size photos in white background (35*45 mm)
  • Cover letter from applicant stating his/her name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to-The Visa Officer, Deputy High Commission for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Chennai
  • Copy of Adhaar/PAN card
  • Utility Bill Copy (Electricity/Gas)
  • Covid Vaccination Certificate (02 Doses Completed)
  • Proof of profession: Original Leave letter/NOC from company along with the photocopy of employee ID card
  • Hotel Booking Copy/If visitor(s) reside in the Bangladeshi national’s residence must submit a request letter along with a copy of ID proof of the concerned person
  • Bank Certificate
  • Flight Particulars
