GEORGIA VISA DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENTS

Passport

  • Clear scanned copy of passport first and last page in pdf format
  • Scanned copy of the other country visas which are stamped on passport (both old and new passport)

 Confirmed Ticket

  • Copy of confirmed Arrival and Departure tickets.

Hotel Confirmation

  • Copy of confirmed Hotel reservation with the Hotel Address, Contact Number, Applicant’s Name and Dates of Reservation for all days of travel.

Letter of Invitation from Local Georgian Vendor

Bank Statement

  • Applicant has to present either their own bank-statement, or the sponsor’s statement if they are sponsored by a blood relative or spouse
  • 6 months updated bank statement with closing balance should be be Rs. 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 and above per person online statement in PDF format (Please download the same from net banking) Bank should have healthy balance to cover the expenditure of the travel i.e. Air fare, Hotel, other expenses.

ITR

  • Income Tax Return latest minimum 3 years

Photograph

  • in JPEG format Digital photo 472×591 pixels in dimension-scanned photo – 4x5cm in size, 300 DPI resolution (Clear recent photograph clicked in last 6 months)

 

Employed

  • Leave Sanction letter (or) No Objection Certificate from the company on the letterhead along with the applicant name, designation, and signature of the authorized signatory.
  • 3 Months’ salary slip or Salary certificate.
  • Original covering letter.

Self-employed

  • Cover Letter, with the business letterhead.
  • Business registration certificate; can be any of GST certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership deed, MOA, etc.
  • Add valid proprietorship proof.

Student

  • Original bonafide certificate duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.
  • Original covering letter.

Retired

  • Retirement Proof (OR)
  • Pension slip for the last 3 months.

PAN card

Aadhaar card

  • Aadhaar card linkage (optional) – We need the Aadhaar card number and once we feed in this into online portal, an OTP will come on the mobile number of the aadhaar holder and we need that OTP as well for Aadhaar card linkage
  • ITR Linkage

Conditional Requirements

 Sponsor documents

  • Sponsorship letter from the sponsor stating the applicant’s details and particulars for the trip.
  • Employment proof of the sponsor.
  • Bank-statement of the sponsor,
  • Government ID proof (Passport, Driving license, PAN card) of the sponsor if the sponsor is from India (or) If the sponsor is from Singapore, then passport/driving license copy of the sponsor

Staying with friends and family.

  • Invitation letter including the name & passport number of the invitees and duration & purpose of stay
  • ID Proof/Passport of the inviting person.
  • Inviter employment D-pass copy.
